Chiropractic For Athletic Performance

A two-year study conducted on 17,000 individuals showed that patients who had regular chiropractic adjustments reduced hospitalizations for back pain by 87.6% and work loss by 75.5%.

With regular chiropractic adjustments, you can prevent injuries before they occur.

There is no such thing as a spine transplant, and the spine you have today is going to be the same spine you have 10-15 years from now. If you were only allowed one vehicle your entire life, wouldn’t you take great care of it? This is why preventive care is so important (oil changes, tire rotations, car washes, etc). Chiropractic care can detect subluxations of the spine and reduce the stress on your nervous system; it can even decrease the degeneration of your joints and connective tissues, also known as arthritis.

The study: Effects of Chiropractic Care on Strength, Balance, and Endurance in Active-Duty U.S. Military Personnel with Low Back Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trial determined that “Active-duty military personnel receiving chiropractic care exhibited improved strength and endurance, as well as reduced Low Back PAin intensity and disability, compared with a wait-list control.”
